- Select Help > Software Updates > Find and Install…
- Select Search for new features to install, and press Next >
- Select New Remote Site… from the right menu.
In the dialog fill the name with JBoss Eclipse IDE and the URL with http://download.jboss.org/jbosside/updates/stable

Wer sich über eine fehlerhafte Darstellung von deutschen Umlauten mit dem JBoss unter Linux ärgert, der kann dies ganz einfach beheben. In dem Shell-Skrip „run.sh“ müssen folgende Variablen gesetzt werden:

LC_ALL="de_DE@euro"
export LANG
export LC_ALL
Danach den JBoss neu durchstarten und schon funktioniert die Ausgabe von Äs und Ös.
